In Touch

Privacy

Plain language, no legalese.

What we store

The moments you create: text, photos, videos, voice notes, links, tags, places (a name and, if you add one, coordinates), your mood and notes for a day, your goals and check-ins. Plus your profile — display name, timezone and reminder preference — and the email address you signed up with.

Where it lives

In our database and file storage, hosted on our behalf by our cloud provider. Media files are stored privately and are only ever served to you through short-lived signed links.

Who can see it

Only you. Access rules are enforced per row in the database, so one account can never read another account's data. The single exception is Shared Spaces: a moment is visible to the other members of a space only if you explicitly add it to that space. Moments you keep in your personal archive are never returned to anyone else.

Emails

If you turn on the daily reminder, we send you one short email a day at the time you picked — and only if you haven't already kept something that day. We also send account emails like sign-in confirmations and password resets. No marketing, ever.

Analytics

No third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, no session recording. We keep a small first-party count of a handful of product events (for example, that a moment was created) so we know the app is working. It never includes the contents of your memories.

Deleting your account

Go to Profile → Delete my account. That permanently removes your account, every moment, day, goal, space you own, and all uploaded media. There is no backup and it cannot be undone. You can also email support@intouch.app and we'll do it for you.
