Short and standard.
Your account
You need an account to use In Touch. Keep your credentials safe — you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent to this in your country.
Your content
Everything you add stays yours. We claim no ownership and no licence beyond what is technically required to store your content and show it back to you (and to members of a shared space you add it to).
Acceptable use
Don't upload unlawful content, don't use In Touch to harass anyone, and don't attempt to access other people's data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
In Touch is provided as-is, without warranties. We work hard to keep your memories safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that no data will ever be lost. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us — which today is nothing.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from Profile; that removes your data permanently. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll say so in the app. Questions go to support@intouch.app.
